The resumption of Series
A has not yet been set as the coronavirus pandemic continues to plunge the
soccer world into uncertainty, but the 'calcium' authorities are working with
the hypothesis that the championship can be played again in late May or early
June, hence Milan has moved piece
before the possibility that it becomes a reality.
If the plans are fulfilled, the Italian teams will start
training on May 4 and Milan wants to
have all the players in the squad at their disposal that day so that they do
not miss a single preparation session.
To this end, Milan has decided to call the players who are
currently abroad so that in the middle of next week, between Wednesday and
Thursday, they all return to Italy.
There are six players who have returned to their countries
since Serie A was suspended on March
9. Upon returning to Italy, the six players will have to follow the protocol of
health protection and be confined for two weeks at their homes before appearing
in Milanello, where everything is prepared to receive the squad and resume
training in complete safety.
